For teachers

These booklets provide comprehensive information for teachers. They include pre-program forms such as medical forms, parent consent forms, asthma action plan, anaphylaxis and allergic reaction action plans, personal requisites, promotion ideas, student code of conduct, visiting teacher duties, sample timetables and more.

For students and parents/guardians

These booklets provide comprehensive information for parents and students. They include pre-program information, student code of conduct, information about Outdoor School – 15 Mile Creek.

Year 9 – 12 Day Program – Future Makers

This booklets provide comprehensive information for parents and students for students engaged in the Future Maker Program, please use the future makers booklet if participation in this program as the booklet is different to the 5 day residential program booklet. The booklet includes pre-program forms such as medical forms, parent consent forms, asthma action plan, anaphylaxis and allergic reaction action plans, sample timetables, what to bring information, student code of conduct, information about Outdoor School – 15 Mile Creek and programs offered.
